We here at Novel Floral place a high importance on constantly providing quality goods and excellent customer service. As such, we gather personal information (in the order form) so as to allow us to know you better. With this information, we can then understand you better and provide a more enhanced and personalized shopping experience for you on our Internet store.

Prices
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Novel Floral shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. All sales are final.
Minimum price for free delivery is S$50, during normal working hours, anywhere in Singapore, except to Sentosa, where entry charges to Sentosa will apply, and any other surrounding islands. We do not deliver to all restricted compounds such as army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals.
Overseas delivery is also available, at overseas delivery rates calculated in the shopping cart.
Urgent orders (less than 3 hour lead time) and orders made for delivery on weekends and public holidays will have a surcharge of S$18.
Order & Delivery Information
1) Cancellation
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advanced, if not cancellation charges will be applicable based on time of cancellation.
For cancellation of orders that are on the way of being sent out, full charges apply.
2) Refunds and discounts
Refunds apply when the flowers or goods arrive damaged.
We normally give a discount should the order arrive late, unless it is due to circumstances beyond our control.
Should your order arrive in a below satisfactory condition, please call our customer service hotline at 65-6449 3695. We will then assess the condition and see if we can do an exchange or refund.
3) Exchange
We at Novel Floral believe that our flowers reach our customers no less than its freshest state. However, if you wish to make an exchange, here are some steps to follow

Develiry Terms and conditions
- For delivery beyond normal working hours and days, a S$18 delivery surcharge will apply for local orders.
- For late orders or express service, an additional S$18 delivery charge will apply.
- We do not conduct delivery to Sentosa and all restricted compounds such as army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals.
- For re-delivery of bouquet due to wrong address given by buyer or non-availability of recipient, a S$10 surcharge will apply for re-delivery on the same day. If fresh flowers are unable to be re-delivered on the same day, the order is still considered sent and the buyer will be charged for another bouquet to be delivered the next working day.
- For re-delivery of non-perishable bouquets and gifts due to wrong address given by buyer or non-availability of recipient, a S$10 surcharge will apply for re-delivery on the same day by 6pm, or by the next working day by 6pm. For re-deliveries after 6pm, the delivery surcharge of $18 will apply.
- Novel Floral reserves all right to replace, discount or refund the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. Feedback and complaints must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery for replacement, discount or refund
